    .History:
Since the introduction of the first 350 GT model in 1963, the Lamborghini super sports car has stood out for its exquisite design and the power of its aspirated V12 engine, which provided a mesmerizing and unparalleled driving experience, both then and today.

The unmistakable sound of the V12 was like an orchestra’s symphony, each of the 12 cylinders had to move in harmony with the others, like 12 violins playing at a crescendo, gear after gear, to best enhance the driver’s driving sensations.

In the Countach (1974), the engine was moved further back to reproduce the music closer to the driver’s ears. Later, the LM002 (1986) had the privilege of incorporating the Countach engine (now with a displacement of 5.2 liters and a power of 444 CV) into the heart of the first SUV.

The latest chapter of the V12 engine began in 2011 with the introduction of the Aventador and its extraordinary new 6.5-liter V12 engine. With acceleration from 0-100 km/h in 2.9 seconds and a top speed of 350 km/h, no fewer than four engine versions, including the SVJ engine, have been developed to date, delivering 770 CV and 720 NM of torque at max. 8,500 rpm.

The Lamborghini V12 engine is a work of engineering art, capable of delivering unrivaled power and performance that makes great music to the driver’s ears.

    .Product Prototype Description:
The Lamborghini Aventador is a mid-engined sports car produced by the Italian automaker Lamborghini. The Aventador’s namesake is a Spanish bullfighting bull that fought in Zaragoza, Aragon in 1993. The Aventador is the successor to the Murciélago, and is produced in Sant’Agata Bolognese, Italy. The Aventador was introduced at the Geneva Motor Show on February 28, 2011. February 28, 2011 at the Geneva Motor Show. Five months after its debut in Sant’ Agata Bolognese, the car, internally codenamed LB834, was intended to replace the then decade-old Murciélago as the new flagship model.

The Aventador LP 700-4 is powered by the Lamborghini 60° V12, the new engine known internally as L539, the fifth in-house engine and second V12 design from Lamborghini. It is the first new V12 engine since the 350GT with its 3.5 liter engine.

    .Reception:
Automotive magazines such as Car and Driver and Motor Trend reviewed the Aventador. Car and Driver titled their article “The best Lamborghini ever.” Motor Trend described it as “the friendliest V12 supercar in the world.” Praise for Lamborghini’ s all-new V12 powerplant centered on the engine’s responsiveness, torque, and smooth power output. Criticism centered mainly around the Aventador’s unrefined single-disc clutch.

The Aventador posted the fifth fastest time ever recorded on the Top Gear test track with a time of 1:16.5, beating the US$2,000,000 Bugatti Veyron Super Sport, the Ferrari Enzo, the Porsche 911 GT3, and other supercars from around the world. In season 18 of the programme, presenter Jeremy Clarkson said that the Aventador is better than the Ferrari 458 Italia (which they had previously called the best supercar ever), describing it as being “£200,000 worth of dreams.”
